Making A Purchase
Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just click on any items that you wish to buy, add the name you require on your labels and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment including: - Visa, Mastercard, Maestro & Switch via phone, post or on the web site and use Protx for processing and security.
Shipping And Handling
Postage and packing are £1. We send orders via second class post. If you order is urgent, please highlight when placing your order
Delivery Schedule
We want you to have your order as quickly as posible. Although we recommend you allow 28 days for delivery, the average is generally 5 working days (postman permitting!) . International orders are generally received in under 30 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
